When you schedule an appointment, J & B will offer an arrival window based upon our schedule. Our technicians will always call a minimum of 30 minutes prior to arrival to ensure you are prepared. Once on site, we will work diligently towards meeting and exceeding your expectations in a timely fashion.
When requesting a quote over the phone or via email, you will be provided with a "soft quote". This will give you a general "ballpark" estimate of what the job should cost. Upon arrival, your technician will assess your home and provide you with a "firm bid". You then have the power to authorize those services in which you’d be interested. Once you give approval, your technician will get to work! This method cuts out all the hidden fees that many companies like to spring on you AFTER they have completed their services.

Once the cleaning is complete, we will then follow that up with our fogging treatment that sanitizes and encapsulates your ductwork.
