J & B uses powerful truck-mounted carpet machines to provide extreme suction allowing us to suck up the residual water in your residence. After the extraction and drying process is complete, we always recommend a post-extraction carpet cleaning.
Drying Equipment
With the aid of commercial grade axial and centrifugal fans, we’ll create enough air movement in your home to thoroughly dry out your flooring. In more severe cases, commercial grade dehumidifiers are used to absorb up to 80 pints of water a day!
Anti-Microbial Treatment
After the extraction has been completed - whether large or small - an anti-microbial enzyme treatment will be applied to the affected areas. This will help eliminate the growth of bacteria and provide a sanitary environment.
